Central Billing
Central Billing is a unique, free service for PfH Members that significantly reduces administration time, simplifies cost management and increases control over billing. The system works on a monthly cycle of invoices, statements and payment.
Central Billing is an integral part of PfH's collective purchasing service. It enables the consortium and its suppliers to manage payments more efficiently and to monitor purchasing volumes. This enables PfH to negotiate better deals with suppliers. Central Billing delivers management and administrative efficiencies that make the PfH service unique.
Central Billing streamlines the billing process for all PfH products. PfH Members make a single monthly direct debit payment that covers all goods and services from PfH suppliers. This reduces administrative time on processing payments, provides greater management and control of supplies.
Members still receive paper invoices from suppliers which are required for VAT purposes.
With effect from the 1st June 2010, Member statements will no longer be accessed through the PfH website. Member information will be available through the dedicated Central Billing website (www.centralbilling.co.uk), which can be accessed directly, or by clicking here .
Previous statements (prior to the 1st June 2010) will remain available through the PfH website directly, using your PfH login.
